How to Register for FA 303 Advanced Project    

Advanced Project satisfies F11 and F12 and carries 4 tuition credit hours. It is an independent course you work on directly with your faculty mentor and professional advisor. You must successfully complete LL 300 Research Seminar to register for AP.  To register, download, complete and submit a paper registration form listing FA 303, your student information and your faculty mentor name.


How to Register for LL 250 Foundations of Adult Learning    

Foundations satisfies L2 and F1 and carries 4 tuition credit hours. To register, find the relevant 5-digit number for L2 / F1 in the registration instructions for the quarter, and use Campus Connect to register. The instructor for Foundations will become your Faculty Mentor.


How to Register for LL 300 Research Seminar    

Research Seminar satisfies L8 and L9 and carries 6 tuition credit hours. You must successfully complete LL 250 Foundations of Adult Learning, and L4 and L5 competencies to register for Research Seminar. To register, find the relevant 5-digit number for LRS (which represents the L8 and L9 competences) in the registration instructions for the quarter, and use Campus Connect to register.


How to Register for LL 302 Externship    
 
Externship satisfies L10 and L11 and carries 4 tuition credit hours. You must successfully complete LL 250 Foundations of Adult Learning, and L4 and L5 competencies to register for Externship.  Externship is offered in two different modes: as a service learning course or as a course completed individually with your faculty mentor. To register for Externship as a course taken with your mentor, download, complete and submit a paper registration form listing LL 302, your student information and your faculty mentor name. (Microsoft Word required).  To register for Externship as a service learning course, find the relevant 5-digit number for LEX (which represents the L10 and L11 competences) in the registration instructions for the quarter, and use Campus Connect to register.


How to Register for LL 390 Summit Seminar    

Summit Seminar satisfies L-12 and carries 2 tuition credit hours. Summit Seminar is offered in two different modes: on-campus and on-line. You must first successfully register for LL 302 Externship and FA 303 Advanced Project to be able to register for Summit. To graduate, you must also Apply for Degree Conferral using Campus Connect by the deadline for the quarter. See Graduation Deadlines. Register for either the online or on-campus section using Campus Connect through the end of the 2nd week of the quarter. After this date, complete and submit a paper registration form  You may find the 5-digit registration number for your preferred section of Summit in the registration instructions for the quarter.

How to Register for December Term Courses    

You can register for December Term courses when registration is open for Winter quarter. When searching for a December Term course on Campus Connect, please choose the Winter quarter, not the December Intersession.
