FA 212 Conflict, Work Performance and Empowering Employees

Gaylon Alcaraz is an activist, organizer and champion of human rights. She is a founding board member of Affinity Community Services, a community organization that advocates for the rights of black lesbian and bisexual women in Chicagoland. She serves on the board of  Illinois Caucus for Adolescent Health and the Midwest Access Project. For more than 10 years, she has worked on behalf of sexual minority women, anti-violence, gender equity, health prevention, reproductive rights, as well as race and culture issues. Andrew Allo has worked more than 35 years in conservation. He is head of the Department for Environmental Sciences and Water Resources Management at the Bamenda University of Science and Technology, Bamenda, Cameroon .
