Kevin Brandyon Quinn received his PhD from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in Sociology. His research specialization is in the Intersectionality of Race, Class, Gender and Sexuality. Previously, he was a senior menswear designer in the fashion and apparel industry. Dr. Quinn received his baccalaureate degree from School of New Learning. where it is now his privilege to teach SNL students both on campus and through distance learning. His latest book is Queering the American Family:  Belief, Fallacy and Myth.
