Benjamin Yeo is an Assistant Professor at the School for New Learning. His research interests include innovation- and technology-driven economic growth and social informatics, using both quantitative and qualitative methods. Recent projects include studies on the social and cultural contexts in generating innovation-driven economic growth and the effectiveness of advertising on mobile platforms. Prior to academia, Benjamin Yeo worked in the industry as an Analyst in Regional Economics. He received a PhD in Information Science from the College of Information Sciences and Technology at the Pennsylvania State University.
