Stephen Allan Hall (Ifagbayi) is a community mental health specialist with an emphasis in couple and family therapy. “Ifagbayi,” as he is affectionately known, currently provides innovative and unconventional clinical services to individuals, couples, and families (e.g., hip-hop talk circles). In addition to his clinical work, Ifagbayi is also a personal and family life coach, providing non-clinical, effective consulting to individuals, couples, and families looking to enhance their lives through coaching, accountability, and execution. He founded Impact People Group for the express purpose of effecting lasting and positive change in the lives and systems of his clients.
Ifagbayi completed his BA in Psychology at DePaul University and MA in Counseling Psychology at Adler University. He is currently completing his PhD in Couple and Family Therapy at Adler. Additionally,
Ifagbayi is a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., one of the oldest historically predominantly African American fraternities in the world.
